Sleeping At Last - Turning Page

Ah, Sleeping At Last. Now that's a band name that I can relate to. All I ever want to do is sleep. However, since this is a music blog and not a lifestyle blog, I'll should get back to the song at hand. Turning Page is a song by the aforementioned band Sleeping At Last. The Illinois based band has been around for over a decade, but in just the last few years they've been gaining some publicity and they probably have one of their bigger hits with this song. 

Turning Page is a stripped down, minimialist affair driven primarily by piano and vocals with some pretty strings in the background. While the song may at first come off as "boring" to some, I don't think that's a fair opinion. This an emotional (not emo) song that carries lots of weight. The lyrics are quite romantic (and yes, somewhat girly, whatever) and add to its depth. Check out the song below and download it as well:
