New: Amy Winehouse - Halftime

Following the untimely death of Amy Winehouse, it was only a matter of time that there would be new tracks released by her label. Lioness: Hidden Treasures is the upcoming posthumous compilation album that Island Records will be releasing on December 5 and it features four previously unreleased Winehouse tracks.

I've never really listened to much of Winehouse's previous work because the R&B/soul genre isn't my cup of tea (and because I'm a one trick pony), but this song is a solid track. Obviously Winehouse's unique voice is the driving force of her songs and the same goes for Halftime, one of the four new songs on the upcoming album. I like this song more than some of her previous well-known songs, it has more of a reserved sound to it that appeals to me. Check out the song below and download it as well:
